Lakewood Capital Group Celebrates Eighth Year of Partnership with KICKO Through Annual Christmas Toy Drive

Lakewood Capital Group proudly marked its eighth consecutive year partnering with Knoxville Inner City Kids Outreach (KICKO) through its annual Christmas toy drive, continuing a long-standing commitment to giving back to the Knoxville community.

KICKO has served inner-city children for more than 30 years and currently reaches over 2,500 kids each week through its outreach programs. Lakewood’s annual toy drive, held in conjunction with the company’s Christmas celebration, was supported by the generosity of nearly 150 team members who came together to make the season brighter for local families. Through this effort, hundreds of children received Christmas gifts, helping to ensure a joyful and memorable holiday.
Community involvement is a core value of Lakewood Capital Group. With more than 50 years of combined experience in real estate marketing, development and investments, Lakewood is dedicated not only to pursuing the highest quality properties, but also to making a meaningful impact beyond the real estate market. The company takes pride in offering premium real estate opportunities to its valued customers at extraordinarily affordable prices, while remaining deeply invested in the communities it serves.

Lakewood Capital Group looks forward to continuing its partnership with KICKO and supporting its mission to uplift and serve children across Knoxville for years to come.
