Fostering Hope Gala Raises Critical Support for Children in Foster Care

The Fostering Hope Gala, held at Bridgewater Place, brought together community members for an inspiring evening of generosity and purpose, raising vital funds to support the mission of Fostering Hope TN, Inc.

Founded in 2013 by the McMichael family of Knoxville, Fostering Hope TN provides backpacks, suitcases, and essential supplies to children entering or transitioning through the foster care system. These items offer more than just practical support—they provide hope, dignity and a sense of self-worth to children facing uncertain circumstances.

Guests enjoyed a memorable night of celebration, with sponsorships at various levels helping to maximize the evening’s impact. The funds raised will further the nonprofit’s mission to ensure that every child entering foster care has not only what they need, but also the reassurance that their community cares for them.
